It all started on a missions trip to Romania!
Emma and Melvin met while working together to build a church for the deaf. There were sparks between them right away!
Melvin Proposed on Valentines day where he spelled out "Will you Marry Me?" in candles! 500 Candles to be exact! When Emma walked in she was stunned!
She Said "I always knew Marriage was in the plan at some point but I was so surprised when he proposed!
Melvin said that he just loves Emma! Her personality, her compassion towards others, and her kind heart!
When I asked them what do they want most out of their marriage for others to notice there was no other answer than they want others to look at them and see Christ like Love and that they may inspire others to get to know the Lord!
Emma said that she loves Melvin's Strength and Determination! And of course his beautiful blue eyes!
This is a truly incredible couple! They have a passion for the Lord and helping others and wanting to make this world a better place! The light of Jesus Christ shines through them brighter than the sun on a hot summer day!
A fall 2014 wedding is being planned!
